The Trenton Devils are committed to offering a helping hand to the community, often in the form of donations for raffles, auctions, and other fundraising events. If you would like the Devils to help with your fundraising efforts, please fax or mail a formal request providing the following:
- Event Description, including the date, time and address of the location - due to the quantity of requests we receive, we are only able to assist those charities in our area. Please thoroughly describe the nature of the event and/or the organizations benefiting.
- Contact information (name, physical address, phone number, e-mail address) for the event.
- All requests should be submitted on organization, association, company, or school letterhead
- All requests must be mailed or faxed (no phone or email requests will be accepted).
- Requests received that do not include the above information will not be fulfilled
Please include the deadline for collecting donations. Requests should be submitted to the Devils office six (6) to eight (8) weeks prior to your event to ensure proper time for processing and delivery.
